Recent trip to Eden Project

I visited the Eden Project to take part in a Botanical Painting 3 day course (will post about that soon) whilst there I took some photos with my newly acquired camera, Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark II. It was an ideal place to test it out with a wealth of beautiful flowers and plants.

A dewy morning

Some photos I took recently in my dewy-damp garden. I never would have noticed how many spiderwebs were around until they captured all those little droplets of rain.

Recent visits and Instagram photos

Here are some photos I've taken on my recent visits around and about! I've been having a go at Instagram and it seems it can make almost any picture look half decent!

Photos from Great Chalfield Manor

A rare sunny day a couple of weeks ago gave the opportunity for a few nice pictures.

Kingston Lacy

I visited Kingston Lacy, a national trust property yesterday, I know, I'm so cultured! Haha anyway I managed to get a few half decent shots inside the house despite the darkness and eagle eyed guides waiting to tell me off!

How cute is this little cherub?!

Might make a good Christmas card I'm thinking...

Experiment

This is a doodle sort of experiment I did with an image I took of a winder thing in a greenhouse. I love rusty old things and the plant growing around it makes it more organic.
